Delete it in the app
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect straight away.
- Open Quizoma and sign in with the Google account you want to delete.
- Tap the menu button in the top-left corner.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Quizzes you created are deleted too, including everyone’s answers to them, so download or share any results you need first.
Can’t use the app?
Email shahidanaseem1919@gmail.com with the subject “Quizoma account deletion request”. Send it from the Google email address you signed in with, so we can confirm the account is yours. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile: name, email address and Google account link.
- Quizzes and polls you created, with their questions and all participants’ answers and results.
- Your answers, scores and marks in other people’s quizzes, and your list of joined quizzes.
- Feedback you sent us and our replies.
- Your notification tokens, so you stop receiving notifications.
- Quizoma data stored on the phone you delete from.
What we keep
- Votes in other people’s polls, including any comment you added, so those poll results stay correct. They are no longer linked to your name, email or any account.
- Usage analytics and crash reports already sent to Google Firebase and PostHog. These only ever held a random account ID, not your name or email, and are deleted automatically under those services’ retention settings.
- Routine backups may contain your data for a short period until they are replaced.
- Anything we must keep to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
If you only want to stop analytics, you don’t need to delete your account: turn off Settings → Privacy → Share usage & crash data.
