There is no ticket system, no chatbot and no contact form that swallows your message. Quizoma has one email address, it is written below, and it is read by the people who build the app.

If that button does nothing, your browser has no email app set up — copy the address instead and paste it into Gmail, Outlook or whatever you use.
We read everything and reply. Usually within a couple of days. Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead; a screenshot saves a round trip.

Cost, accounts, offline use, grading rules, reports and limits are all covered on the FAQ. If your question is not there, write to us — that is a gap worth knowing about.
Reporting content in a quiz
Email us with the subject Quizoma content report and include the quiz code or name, what the problem is, and a screenshot if you can. The full policy is in the Terms of Service.
Privacy and your data
What is collected, why, and how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy. For a request about your own data, email us with the subject Quizoma privacy.
Deleting your account
The steps, and what happens to your quizzes and results afterwards, are on the account deletion page. Send the request from the Google address you signed in with so we can confirm it is yours.

Quizoma is built by CraftByte Studio — there is more on who makes Quizoma and why. It is free, carries no advertising and has no sales team — so nobody is going to add you to a mailing list for having emailed us.
